Price Promise

1. The Promise

If you find a Qualifying Product cheaper elsewhere than the final quotation provided by CORGI HomeHeat upon completion of a site survey, and you produce a valid quotation from a legitimate VAT registered UK boiler installation retailer or installer, we promise to beat that like-for-like price by £60.

2. Eligibility & Qualifying Products

• To be eligible, you must hold a finalised, valid and active quotation from CORGI HomeHeat for a brand-new boiler installation.
• The Promotion applies strictly to domestic boiler installations. The competitor product must be brand new, identical in manufacturer, model, and specification, and must include an identical scope of work, warranty length, fixtures, fittings, and system controls as those detailed in the CORGI HomeHeat quotation ("Qualifying Product").

3. Qualifying Competitor Quotes (Evidence Requirement)

To successfully claim under this Promotion, you must provide valid proof of the cheaper price.

• Written Evidence Required: You must provide a copy of a fully itemised, written quotation from a legitimate VAT registered UK boiler installation retailer or installer. Screenshots, text messages, verbally communicated prices, or informal notes will not be accepted.
• Validity: The competitor's written quotation must be on an official company letterhead, clearly show all included items, display the total all-inclusive price (including delivery and installation costs), and must be dated within the same 21-day validity window as your CORGI HomeHeat quote.
• Acceptance of a competitor's quote is at the sole discretion of CORGI HomeHeat.

4. Subject to Onsite Survey

• All final pricing and the application of the £60 Price Promise are strictly subject to a physical onsite survey carried out by one of our appointed Gas Safe registered engineers.
• If the onsite survey reveals unforeseen property complexities, safety issues, or required remedial works not accounted for in the initial competitor or CORGI HomeHeat quote, we reserve the right to amend our price accordingly or decline the Price Promise claim.

5. Exclusions and Combination with Other Offers

• No Combination of Offers: This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional scheme run by CORGI HomeHeat or its partners.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the £60 Price Promise cannot be used alongside the OVO / CORGI HomePlan £400 discount, any affiliate discounts, trade codes, or group-wide promotional vouchers.
• The Price Promise applies strictly to standard retail quotes and excludes non-VAT registered local installers, trade prices, wholesale prices, clearance stock, or closing-down sales.

6. Modifications and Withdrawal of the Promotion

• Right to Withdraw: CORGI HomeHeat reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes or cancellation of the Promotion will be updated on our website. If the Promotion is withdrawn, no new claims will be accepted, though any claims already formally verified and a contract for supply entered into prior to withdrawal will be honoured.

7. General

• The Promotion is limited to one claim per household in any 90-day period.
• CORGI HomeHeat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any Price Promise claim if we believe the competitor quote provided is fraudulent, falsified, or inaccurate.

Process for Claims

If you find a better price, here's what to do.

If you've found a better price elsewhere for exactly the same installation — follow these simple steps!

1. Step 1

   Get a quote for your chosen product from our website and request a Home Survey. Once our engineer has confirmed the work required, we'll provide you with a final price, inclusive of any promotion or discount applied.

2. Step 2

   Email sales@corgihomeheat.co.uk a copy of the following:

   • A copy of the Competitor's fixed price quote (see the 'Qualifying Competitor Quotes' section of the Terms and Conditions).
   • Your name, full address and contact phone number.

3. Step 3

   One of our team will contact you to either arrange your installation or to discuss your quote.
