He is so professional, talked me through options available, put my mind at rest and took charge of everything from arranging the surveyor to the actual boiler. All I can add is to thank the team for looking after me so well.

The engineer was fast and left almost no sign that he had been there, save for a shiny new combi-boiler and a better overflow pipe. Even came back and changed the position of the thermostat and left virtually no sign of his second visit. All told, a very professional job.
